DOES IT REALLY MATTER WHAT ONE EAT TO LOOSE WEIGHT?
Everyone needs to have fun eating what they enjoy. I would think that what really makes the different is the amount one eat and the balance. Example, eat, drink pleanty of water, excersixe, enjoy what you like to eat in moderation. Exercise, if one tries to loose weight and dont exercise, then one can be left with a lot of skin hanging down looking very unatractively, so one should not just think about eating less, whilst that is considered, it need to be backed up with some form of exercise. Start out slowly, first walking, then a little jogging, and gradually increase and improve with new changes take up a new sports. The most important is to have fun doing it and enjoy your changes. Get a friend that is possitive and motivated to join with you the last thing you need is discouragement, negative criticitism.
