THANK GOD FOR GENUINE FRIENDS!

Do you realise how it is difficult to find genuine friends nowadays? Do you have a lot of friends? How many of them are genuine? I woke up with the realization this morning that sometimes you have a lot of people that you are genuine friend to, but sometimes, you will find that most of the people that should be friends to you are not really genuine. My, that hurt in the natural.
However, I soon realized that it really depends on your purpose in life. Like the prodigal son, lots of people attatched themselves to you for different reasons visa versa. In his case it was because he had a lot of money, that he was spending without the use of much wisdom. It was not long after he realized, how many of those people was true and genuine. In his case he found out the hard way. All his money was gone and he was a very lonely, friendless person who, later on, ended up eating from the swines and sharing desperate meals in pigs whalla.
My, My, that was a very sad encounter. But isn't God awesome? He uses the natural things to teach us the spiritual. So it is, when we are lead away, when we allow all manner of distractions into our lives to occupy the parts of our lives that belongs to the Lord. The beauty about God is that, He is like the prodigal son's father that ran to meet him with stretched out arms. God's comforting arms were nailed to the cross, filled with undiluted Love and Compassion! arms stretched out , always welcoming us back to him, with his love pouring out, all over us, as he bids us to come
What seemed like a sad realization this morning had turned into splender. It seemed so terrible at first, when I was looking in the natural, but as I began to walk the path that God had prepared, I soon realized that it was to the Glory of God. He wanted to show me some better things he had for me and He also wanted to show me that He always provides for us in ways in which we can never understand. He has a way of taking you to the place in your circumstances where you can see Him, and only Him. He shows you too, that when you think you are locking, you really have more than enough. One simply, must allow him to lead you into all He has for you. This morning he brought that out to me so clearly whilst using my genuine friend to help me to look. It was amaizing. sadness, suddenly turns into pure joy, as I realized that God just wanted to take me to another level. Isn't he simply amazing. Thank you for genuine friends Lord. Remember, you may not have a lot of genuine friends, they are very hard to find now a days, but if you only have one, embrace that one. God have a way of giving you the things you need especially when you dont realize the better things he have for you. Thank you Lord.
