We have all been there, but we dont have to stay there!
Yea! We have all been there, so excited about our new business and then what next? Not knowing what to do is one of the hardest things in network marketing. So what do we do to help you? Well today is your day to start making that change! It is called Magnetic Sponsoring.
Are you at the place where everybody is saying something, but as soon as you expect them to say the word that you wanted to hear, they stop talking or they change the subject, and you are left wondering? What is it that I need to do? Gosh! the countless times, I have been there and with wide eyes longing to know the secrets of those that are making it in MLM. I knew I could do it, but what was the missing part of the puzzle? It puzzled me for years, trial and errors, still I continued. I wound not give up. I had a vision and I was not about to loose out because of a missing puzzle.
I rub shoulders with the best. If you want to be wise, you have to hang out with the wise people!
A winner never stays down,
This is where persistence comes in. When you start your own business, persistence is the key to your success. There has got to be something more in you than all the others. Otherwise you are going to get dropped off by the wayside like all the others that came into network marketing and blame the system. The funny thing is! what they do not know is that, the system is really you.
So what would you like to do? Go forward or get left behind? If you want to get to the top. You have to be one of those people that are prepared to do the things that other people are not willing to do. What are you doing right now? and what else are you prepared to do to get to the destination of your vision. You see! Your destination starts before you even take the first step, but if you are not willing to go through the process you will never get to your destination, (end). The race is not for the swift but only for those that endure to the end.
Take Michael Jordon for example. I love Michael Jordon. He was a man that could play his ball game, he knows what to do. He was born with the talent, just like you are born with a purpose and that is why you dream and have desires to be successful. Some times our purpose will not allow us to fail, no matter how many times we fall down. There is a song that says; we fall down, but we get up. You see, there is nothing wrong with falling down. The problem only comes when we fall down and stay down. I tell you something though. We brush ourselves off again and we keep going until we get the breakthrough we had been waiting for. Most of the times when we fall down our break through is just around the corner. Therefore you never give up. Keep going there is help for you just like there was help for me. You do have people that are willing to help you to get to your destination. If you are willing to take the help when it is offered to you. Are you a winner?
Let's get back to Michael Jordon for a second. What is it about Him that I love so much? You see. I love to tell people that I am looking for a Michael Jordon. "If you are a Michael Jordon, I tell them, then I can work with you I smiled, and they look at me. Most of the time they are thinking that they need to be tall and handsome, with all the muscles and all the statues of Michael Jordon, but, all I need them to be is just coachable. You cannot become successful if you are not coachable.
A person that knows everything! is dead already, because there is no room for growth. You simply cannot be helped. However, if you are willing to learn more than what you already know; then the sky is your limit. One of the keys to success is to be willing to be thought by someone that knows more than you do, or some one that can help you to turn what you know into the masterpiece it can be. Sometimes all we need is a little guidance. Won't you let me guide you a little? Michael Jordon already knew how to play ball. However, when he was playing he could not see all the places his feet went. Therefore, that was the purpose of his coach, to capture it and show it to him later, because he was willing to listen to his coach and watch those videos his coach was showing him. Thereafter he was able to be an even better player and made millions in the process. So you know how to play! but somethings are just not coming together. Why don't you contact me now and let me help you to put those things together so you can finalize the project and be the masterpiece that you are destine to be.

DONT YOU KNOW? THAT YOU ARE A SUCCESS!
Of course you are a success. It is all in the mind. Renew your mind and you will see the differnce.
What is your focus?
What you focus on will become your destination.
If your focus is to be the best networker that can make money and be one of the gurus as we know it, then thats what it will be. The key is never loose your focus.
So there are distractions! Did you know that your biggest distraction is your warm market and your family? Now, tell me if you already know that, then why do you allow them to steal your dream/vision? It happens all the time.
Why do you allow other people to tell you what you can or cannot accomplish, who knows you better than you?
These are some major problems networkers face when they start their business.
Now listen if your destination depends on the negativity around you, you are never going to get very far!
The know it all, are always the people that know nothing about your business! When are you going to stop listening to the people that knows everything but knows nothing at all. In other words, they have all the answers to your business, but know nothing about your business. These people are called dream stealer's. Are you going to allow them to steal your dream?
You finally decide to do something you really wanted to do. You decided that you are going to quit whining and do something other people around you are not willing to do. You went out and you found the answer to your long questioning and searching and now you are excited. You decided to share your excitement with your friends and family and everyone come down on you like a ton of bricks. oooooooooh. bang, bang, bang. lol. You are now dead or very discourage. Happens all the time, but do you have the guts to stand the test? Look around you. They are all broke, driving the same car that has been giving problems for years, whining morning noon and night, but do not have the gall to get up and do something about it. Do you feel me? Why? as soon as you decided to put your foot out the door they want to stop you?
It is called fear!, Fear keep people in bondage. Captivity that cannot be loose, it would seem, but it is not because it cannot be loosed, it is because they accept it. They become comfortable, complacent, stagnant. Simply not wiling to do anything about it. They accept it as a lifestyle. I am here to tell you that you don't have to accept that, there is better, you can do better, be the one that change the pattern in your family. Do something they thought was impossible, show them by example. Don't allow fear to destroy your life and your family. You can do it. Yea, thats right lets go. Lets make it happen! Help is there if you get with the right people, look around, do not be dragged down, rise above your surrounding and lets go hence to a better place where you can create a legacy for your children, you can chose what to eat, what to wear, where to live, you can help others to accomplish their visions.
Be your own dictator to your success! Stop making people dictate your prosperity! blessings. I told you before you are bless.

REAL LIFE STORY
Help put an end to Global Warming.
Hi My Name is Ann. Welcome to my page. Thank you very much for visiting my page. I am a mother of three beautiful children. I went to Middlesex University. My Profession is Accounting and Business Information System. However, I realized that even when one is qualified for a job in the corporate world, it is never enough. So I have decided against the rat race.
I have been involved in network marketing for over 18years. Yes! It was and still is a learning experience, but one of the best choices I had ever made, was to step out as a leader and owning my own business. If you want to be successful in life, it can never happen in a 9-5 job. Why? because one is always limited to growth. You will only be as successful as the owner of that company allows you to become. I am sorry! I could not deal with that. One of the things I like to do is: helping people to be successful, to become all they can be, to accomplish their fullest potential. It was difficult to help others the way I wanted to to help them in that restricted environment.
Therefore, the first thing I had to do was to admit that, this was not for me and I needed a vision and a big one. If I am ever going to get to my destination! I had to have a vision. Without a vision the people perish. What is your vision outside of what you are doing right now? Dreams can come true! It is happening now as you read this profile of mine.
Lots of people have dreams, but only in the mind. I realized that dreams are only dreams when it comes out on paper and put into action and then it becomes alive. Once it becomes alive, then the only one way to go is to your destination. Where is your destination? In six months I built a network from 1 person to over 800 and it is still expanding globally. Is has gained the name of the fastest growing network in the company and made thousand of dollars internationally.
I love helping people to make a difference. In their family lives, in the environment and with their confidence. I consider health to be a whole number of things put together to make it complete. The mindset, it have to be right, the air we breathe, it has to be clean, the food we eat, the water we drink, financial, emotional and physical balance is all apart of good health and we simply cannot have a part of it! It defeats the whole purpose of good health. I specialize in helping others to create a healthy balanced lifestyle.
GET HEALTHY AND STAY HEALTHY!!!I believe in giving. If you help someone to get what they need then you will in turn get what you need. There is a principle in giving.

Well What do you know ? OUR OCEANS ARE ACIDIC
British Scientists Say Carbon Dioxide Is Turning the Oceans Acidic
www.savefuelinternational.com
Correction Appended
Whether or not it contributes to global warming, carbon dioxide is turning the oceans acidic, Britain's leading scientific organization warned yesterday.
In a report by a panel of scientists, the organization, the Royal Society, said the growing acidity would be very likely to harm coral reefs and other marine life by the end of the century.
"I think there are very serious issues to be addressed," the panel's chairman, Dr. John Raven of the University of Dundee in Scotland, said in an interview. "It will affect all organisms that have skeletons, shells, hard bits that are made of calcium carbonate."
The 60-page report was timed to influence next week's Group of 8 economic summit meeting. Prime Minister Tony Blair of Britain, president of the group this year, has been calling for strong action to limit climate change.
Unlike forecasts of global warming, which are based on complex and incomplete computer models, the chemistry of carbon dioxide and seawater is simple and straightforward.
The burning of fossil fuels by cars and power plants releases more than 25 billion metric tons of carbon dioxide into the air each year. Roughly a third of that is absorbed by the oceans, where the gas undergoes chemical reactions that produce carbonic acid, which is corrosive to shells.
"That's indisputable," Dr. Raven said. "I don't think anyone can get around that. It's really rock-solid high school chemistry."
The pH scale, which measures the concentration of hydrogen, runs from 1, the most acidic and highest concentration of ions, to 14, the most alkaline, with almost no ions. Ocean water today is somewhat alkaline, at 8.1, about 0.1 lower than at the start of the Industrial Revolution two centuries ago.
But like the magnitude scale of earthquakes, one unit on the pH scale reflects a change of a factor of 10. The 0.1 pH change means there are now 30 percent more hydrogen ions in the water.
Depending on the rate of fossil fuel burning, the pH of ocean water near the surface is expected to drop to 7.7 to 7.9 by 2100, lower than any time in the last 420,000 years, the Royal Society report said.
Dr. Patrick J. Michaels, a senior fellow in environmental studies at the Cato Institute, the libertarian research group based in Washington that is skeptical that global warming will cause serious environmental harm, pointed out that carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere had been higher for 90 million of the last 100 million years.
But Dr. Ken Caldeira, a research scientist at the Carnegie Institution's Department of Global Ecology in Stanford, Calif., and a member of the Royal Society panel, said the difference was that the current carbon dioxide release was occurring quickly, over just two centuries. In the past, water from the deeper ocean would have had time to mix, diluting the effect of the carbon dioxide. "If we put it out over a few hundred thousand years, we'd have nothing to worry about," he said.
The pH change is likely to slow the rate of growth of coral reefs, which are already suffering from warmer temperatures and pollution, the report said.
"By mid-century, 2050-ish, we will probably see noticeable gaps within coral reefs," Dr. Raven said. "Any weakening of their skeleton can make them more prone to storm events."
The increased acidity could also reduce populations of plankton with calcium carbonate shells, disrupting the food chain and hurting some fisheries, the scientists said.
Correction: Tuesday, July 5:
An article on Friday about a British scientific panel's finding that carbon dioxide in the atmosphere was turning the oceans more acidic referred incompletely to the pH scale of acidity and alkalinity. It measures concentration of hydrogen ions, not hydrogen. (The scale runs from 1, the most acidic, with the highest concentration of hydrogen ions, to 14, the most alkaline, with almost no hydrogen ions. Ocean water today is somewhat alkaline, at 8.1; water near the surface is expected to be as low as 7.7 by 2100, the report said.)

A CRY FOR HELP! PLEASE HELP!
ScienceDaily (Jan. 4, 2008) — A Stanford scientist has spelled out for the first time the direct links between increased levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and increases in human mortality, using a state-of-the-art computer model of the atmosphere that incorporates scores of physical and chemical environmental processes. The new findings come to light just after the Environmental Protection Agency's recent ruling against states setting specific emission standards for this greenhouse gas based in part on the lack of data showing the link between carbon dioxide emissions and their health effects.
www.savefuelinternational.com
While it has long been known that carbon dioxide emissions contribute to climate change, the new study details how for each increase of one degree Celsius caused by carbon dioxide, the resulting air pollution would lead annually to about a thousand additional deaths and many more cases of respiratory illness and asthma in the United States, according to the paper by Mark Jacobson, a professor of civil and environmental engineering at Stanford. Worldwide, upward of 20,000 air-pollution-related deaths per year per degree Celsius may be due to this greenhouse gas.
"This is a cause and effect relationship, not just a correlation," said Jacobson of his study, which on Dec. 24 was accepted for publication in Geophysical Research Letters. "The study is the first specifically to isolate carbon dioxide's effect from that of other global-warming agents and to find quantitatively that chemical and meteorological changes due to carbon dioxide itself increase mortality due to increased ozone, particles and carcinogens in the air."
Jacobson said that the research has particular implications for California. This study finds that the effects of carbon dioxide's warming are most significant where the pollution is already severe. Given that California is home to six of the 10 U.S. cities with the worst air quality, the state is likely to bear an increasingly disproportionate burden of death if no new restrictions are placed on carbon dioxide emissions.
On Dec. 19, the Environmental Protection Agency denied California and 16 other states a waiver that would have allowed the states to set their own emission standards for carbon dioxide, which are not currently regulated. The EPA denied the waiver partly on the grounds that no special circumstances existed to warrant an exception for the states.
Stephen L. Johnson, the EPA administrator, was widely quoted as saying that California's petition was denied because the state had failed to prove the "extraordinary and compelling conditions" required to qualify for a waiver. While previous published research has focused on the global effect on pollution--but not health--of all the greenhouse gases combined, the EPA noted that, under the Clean Air Act, it has to be shown that there is a reasonable anticipation of a specific pollutant endangering public health in the United States for the agency to regulate that pollutant.
Jacobson's paper offers concrete evidence that California is facing a particularly dire situation if carbon dioxide emissions increase. "With six of the 10 most polluted cities in the nation being in California, that alone creates a special circumstance for the state," he said, explaining that the health-related effects of carbon dioxide emissions are most pronounced in areas that already have significant pollution. As such, increased warming due to carbon dioxide will worsen people's health in those cities at a much faster clip than elsewhere in the nation.
According to Jacobson, more than 30 percent of the 1,000 excess deaths (mean death rate value) due to each degree Celsius increase caused by carbon dioxide occurred in California, which has a population of about 12 percent of the United States. This indicates a much higher effect of carbon dioxide-induced warming on California health than that of the nation as a whole.
Jacobson added that much of the population of the United States already has been directly affected by climate change through the air they have inhaled over the last few decades and that, of course, the health effects would grow worse if temperatures continue to rise.
Jacobson's work stands apart from previous research in that it uses a computer model of the atmosphere that takes into account many feedbacks between climate change and air pollution not considered in previous studies. Developed by Jacobson over the last 18 years, it is considered by many to be the most complex and complete atmospheric model worldwide. It incorporates principles of gas and particle emissions and transport, gas chemistry, particle production and evolution, ocean processes, soil processes, and the atmospheric effects of rain, winds, sunlight, heat and clouds, among other factors.
For this study, Jacobson used the computer model to determine the amounts of ozone and airborne particles that result from temperature increases, caused by increases in carbon dioxide emissions. Ozone causes and worsens respiratory and cardiovascular illnesses, emphysema and asthma, and many published studies have associated increased ozone with higher mortality. "[Ozone] is a very corrosive gas, it erodes rubber and statues," Jacobson said. "It cracks tires. So you can imagine what it does to your lungs in high enough concentrations." Particles are responsible for cardiovascular and respiratory illness and asthma.
Jacobson arrived at his results of the impact of carbon dioxide globally and, at higher resolution, over the United States by modeling the changes that would occur when all current human and natural gas and particle emissions were considered versus considering all such emissions except human-emitted carbon dioxide.
Jacobson simultaneously calculated the effects of increasing temperatures on pollution. He observed two important effects:
- Higher temperatures due to carbon dioxide increased the chemical rate of ozone production in urban areas
- Increased water vapor due to carbon dioxide-induced higher temperatures boosted chemical ozone production even more in urban areas.
Interestingly, neither effect was so important under the low pollution conditions typical of rural regions, though other factors, such as higher organic gas emissions from vegetation, affected ozone in low-pollution areas. Higher emissions of organic gases also increased the quantity of particles in the air, as organic gases can chemically react to form particles.
And in general, where there was an increase in water vapor, particles that were present became more deadly, as they swelled from absorption of water. "That added moisture allows other gases to dissolve in the particles--certain acid gases, like nitric acid, sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid," Jacobson said. That increases the toxicity of the particles, which are already a harmful component of air pollution.
Jacobson also found that air temperatures rose more rapidly due to carbon dioxide than did ground temperatures, changing the vertical temperature profile, which decreased pollution dispersion, thereby concentrating particles near where they formed.
In the final stage of the study, Jacobson used the computer model to factor in the spatially varying population of the United States with the health effects that have been demonstrated to be associated with the aforementioned pollutants.
"The simulations accounted for the changes in ozone and particles through chemistry, transport, clouds, emissions and other processes that affect pollution," Jacobson said. "Carbon dioxide definitely caused these changes, because that was the only input that was varied."
"Ultimately, you inhale a greater abundance of deleterious chemicals due to carbon dioxide and the climate change associated with it, and the link appears quite solid," he said. "The logical next step is to reduce carbon dioxide: That would reduce its warming effect and improve the health of people in the U.S. and around the world who are currently suffering from air pollution health problems associated with it."
